Can you work with the systems and tools I already use?

Yes. The goal is not to replace everything automatically. Existing tools are reviewed first, then improved, connected, consolidated, or replaced only when it makes sense.

Do you build custom solutions or use off-the-shelf tools?

Both. If an existing tool solves the problem well, there is no reason to custom-build it. If the business needs something more specific, custom apps, workflows, or infrastructure can be created.

Do you offer one-time projects or ongoing support?

Both. Some services are fixed-scope projects, while others are ongoing engagements like website care, AI implementation, or fractional operations leadership.

Can you help if I know something is broken but I do not know what the solution is?

Yes. That is often the best place to start. You can bring the problem first and figure out the right solution from there.

Do you guarantee SEO rankings, AI results, or specific business outcomes?

No. Clayton Method can improve the technical foundation, systems, structure, and implementation, but search rankings, AI citations, revenue, and other external outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
